If I wanted to say "prepare for cyber war" would this be:

Para Cyber Bellum

or

Para Bellum Cyber

or something else?

    Para Bellum covers the "prepare for war," but you'd want to put Cyber into the Genitive case (since that's the variety of war we're talking about).

    Para Bellum Ordinatrali should be close; "computer" comes through as Ordinatralum or Computatrum. Parate if it's aimed at multiple people.
