Abandoning Spider-Man after only 2 days... for CoD no less. Oh Gabe, what's happened to you? What happened to the guy who used to dream about making out with Spider-Man?

Okay, this might be my favorite comic in many years. I love Gabe's line about having done everything a spider can.

This is why I don't buy more than 1-2 new releases anymore. by the time I get around to playing the 2nd or 3rd one, its half price (or less)..

Tycho's plan pretty much mirrors mine. Except change the words "at the show" to "through my entire life." ;)

Shaking violently from failed social interaction, or fever brought on by a virulent case of pax pox? I'm surprised they haven't started naming flu strains after gaming conventions.

@KAGATOAC I know the feeling. I only buy a game at release if I actually plan on playing it. Or it has some kind of preorder bonus/discount and or if it could become hard to find after release. Still hasn't stopped my backlog from growing but it definitely slowed it down drastically. I managed to finish 12 or so games this year already.

I blame having a gift for finding sales on video games all the time. And to be fair the majority of games in my backlog I got for 10$ or less.
