Will Call Ticket Question

in PAX West
So I have a friend who bought Sunday badges in Canada (So they are sitting in Will Call) and he can no longer go. He wants to give us his tickets but can't physically make the trip. He sent my a copy of the email with the QR code. Is this all I would need to pick up the tickets? Is this even allowed? Thanks!

    They need your ID to pick them up so if he purchased in his name they will ask for his ID.
