Ending spoiler here:
Just saw 28 weeks later... Can anyone explain the ending to me? I am totally lost. I have checked wikipedia but it still doesn't make sense, much like the rest of the movie. Tammy, Andy, and the black guy are in the helicopter, and it crashes in France? Why? Tammy wasn't infected? How did the virus spread? Unless Andy bled into one of their mouths or something? Am I missing something here?

    I've not seen the movie, but is this the best forum for discussion of the ending? I would think you'd be more likely to have it explained in D&D, or (if you're feeling masochistic) SE++.

    I assume either

    A) The Kid freaked out because he was still infected and killed them. Remember the mom almost freaking out and killing him when she first saw him? It seemed she had some sort of control over the 'rage' and it seemed the boy did too, but its possible he lost control.

    B) The sister kissed him, or something to that effect where she got some of his bodily fluids (Can be anything really) and freaked out and killed them.
