Terrace House is a popular Japanese reality show from Fuji Television and Netflix. It plays both in the US on Netflix and in Japan on Netflix and Fuji Television. It has had three seasons.
The best description is that it is Real World but Japanese. There isn't American Reality TV bullshit. Most of the folks become pretty good friends with each other. The Japanese need for niceness pervades everything. It has adorable and wonderful people. And more people should watch it. I already have like 4 people in my office hooked and Simonwolf here in [chat].

This show has me so invested. I have cried. I have felt nostalgic. I have rooted for the people on it. A created names for people. It is adorable and amazing totally not something the US would produce.

Y'all refer to it as Terrance House without fail, and yet that video very much refers to it as Terrace House, which I always thought was a more logical name for it anyway, unless the house is named after a person named Terrance.
Why this discrepancy
What really happened is I was prepping that mean-spirited poll and accidentally hit Enter, which posted it
I panicked and edited into irrelevance as best I could, but my shame is already public V_V

Terrace is the name, the accent of some of commentators makes it sound like Terrance and that is stuck in my head.
