It's a picture sent to us by the person who found the kitten and is currently taking care of it. Their brother found a kitten outside his door, so they went round the neighbourhood checking to see if someone had lost one, took it to the vet to see if it had a chip, etc. No bites, so they were told maybe if you know some lonely middle aged suckers nice people they could take it in, otherwise we can take it to the cat shelter and try and find a new home.
The friend in question is currently in the process of moving out of her house, hence the somewhat spartan, unfurnished nature of the room.
