skin irritation

I drove earlier this morning with my arm hanging out of the driver's side window for maybe an hour and now it feels irritated. It feels like a sunburn on the back of my hand and arm, but it's not red or pink or dicolored in anyway. It's been about 5-6 hours since the inital exposure, so I'm not sure if redness is supposed to show up by now or later, but I was wondering if anyone ever had this sensation after being out in the sun: a tender, pricking sensation with no actual redness.

Is it sunburn? Mild sunburn? Very mild sunburn? Is it pretty much superficial?

windburn. your skin is just a bit dry. apply a moisturizer. and don't dangle your limbs out of moving vehicles. Quite apart from being bloody dangerous, it makes you look like a tool.
