Hopefully Easy Headphone/setting issue

I have a set of over the ear headphones with a mic that comes out in front of my mouth.
I use Teamspeak to communicate with my friends when we play games.
I'm afraid I checked a setting in either windows or teamspeak that I can't find to turn off.
When I hit push to talk now my voice is transmitted with all other Audio my computer is producing. For example if I'm watching a video that sound is sent along with my voice. If I'm playing Vermintide 2 all the game sound is sent to them along with my voice.
There is no way the mic hears the sound coming from my headphones it has to be a setting. I have no external speakers. It used to work properly.
Help me figure out how to undo this please.
