Edit button missing from replies

Hey all!

As was commented in the chat thread by a few individuals, the edit button just disappeared for replies. the settings cog that usually appears in the upper-left is not appearing now.

Edit: Looks like thread original posts can still be edited.

Yep. Missing it in both Chrome and Firefox on a Win10 desktop.

This appears to be a permissions problem.

Attempting to go to https://forums.penny-arcade.com/post/editcomment/commentID (where commentID is a comment I wrote) returns:

You need the Vanilla.Comments.Edit permission to do that.

Yeah, I've developed some real bad habits knowing I could edit my post later.
