I recently went to Universal Orlando, and the one thing I wanted to buy for myself were some HP boots, specifically Ravenclaw house. I could have sworn they had some, but alas no. Since then I've been looking online, and the only interesting looking ones I've been able to find are sold by Ineffable and Merch Factory. Both of these companies have no reviews and do that thing where they photoshop what the thing will look like rather than post pics of the actual thing, so I feel more than a little leery.

Based on that review it looks like you will get a product that is a close approximation but the shipping time is super long (third world) and it’s not likely to be officially licensed.
