Around the time of the launcher update, my WoW started screwing up. Whenever I press any button on the keyboard, my screen freezes. But clicking and holding my mouse buttons is fine for some reason.
I've tried reinstalling it, reformatting my computer, playing without the router, and using another keyboard and the on-screen keyboard. The problem is also present in my other computer, connected by wireless to the router. I don't think it's a virus cause I just reformatted this com and WoW is still screwed.
Virii tend to propogate through removable media, so if you had used a USB stick or something to transfer settings or files, you would have spread the virus to both computer without really knowing it. I suggest a virus scan on both computers to be safe.
That being said, I would try loading WoW.exe straight instead of using the dumb-ass launcher. You can do this by going to your Program Files\World of Warcraft folder and double clicking the WoW icon in there.

This isn't video related, it's router related. The reason you can move your mouse around is that doesn't actually involve any packets being sent or received from Blizz, it is "local" in a sense. Movement however is not. There is obviously some kind of routing issue that is causing you to be immediatley disconnected.
I would suggest trying to find out if there is new firmware for your router, if so update it. If not, reset all the defaults either through a hard reset or some kind of software option from it's network management page.
The odds are you have a Linksys router, try 192.168.1.1 in your browser. If you don't have Linksys or that doesn't work than consult the manufacturers website.
