No-feel-goody Trojans

I accidentally "allowed" my norton to give a certain trojan free rain on my computer. Is there a way for me to go back and disallow such communications.

The file is c:\\windows\system32\sys32\EOMD.exe
It's 488,448 kb

Anyone know some good course of action?

I explicitly stated that these were trojans of the NO-feel-goody variety

That's basically all trojans, regardless of context.

So you allowed it to communicate, or you allowed it to stick around? Why would you want to keep a trojan? Download any other free spyware/virus tool and run it to delete the thing.
