What, drawn, and talk of peace? I [LOVE] the word.
Anya found the Daylio app on my phone and was delighted since she is obsessed with diaries. Now she reminds me to fill it in and if my entry isn’t complete enough she adds more activities to it.
She also added new moods for me: ‘tired’ and ‘best day ever!’
Finally she added an activity: ‘forgot’.
I’m both sighing and cracking up laughing at her choosing ‘tired’ and ‘forgot’ for me.
My favourite bagel is cream cheese, brie, walnuts, cranberry, and lamb's lettuce
I don't know what it is about feltsalat that I can't take, but it's like, the one leafy green in the whole world that I don't like. I never saw it before I moved to Germany, so I mostly associate it with disappointing Mensa meals.
I like it more than most other green salad types, I think. The annoying thing is mostly that it takes slot more effort to clean it properly.
On the other hand I could probably do without arugula being part of soo many menus.

This is... a really good idea.. Hmm. Actually I'd really like to see Miles do his own but he's not allowed to touch my phone.
And it seems like all is dying, and would leave the world to mourn

Went on an actual date with the husband last night. I felt really bougie.. it was a wine bar with a small farm to table food menu. We told them to bring the vegetarian meal for two, and just ate what they gave us. The salad had lettuce from the school next door that they grew with hydroponics. Had a nice glass of red wine and glass of orange wine. It was pretty nice
If that's all there is my friends, then let's keep dancing

Those are the best. Scott and I get to go on those dates when one of us has a birthday. Usually. Kids, man.

Its fun to say. Relatively taste. But goddamn if something says it has arugula in it you better be ready for some mufuggin 'RUGULA. 'Rugula all up ins. Spinach? Kale? Ha. Arugula.
I started drinking and stuff with people friday evening and only finally managed to sleep on sunday. My voice cracked and now it hurts to drink or eat and I sound like Tom Waits again. I sat on a bike for the first time in 15 or so years? I almost canceled but they said they'd wait on me until I come out, they wanted us all to go for a drive and we've been talking about it for a while. At least I got helmet and a jacket this time. We drove along the coast and only stopped a few times to eat and drink. On our way back my friend and I switched partners/bikes, and I knew her bf would do this cus he is that type, but he started speeding up and wiggling on the road randomly while I was shrieking like a banshee, smacking his arm to stop. I'm still depressed and can't feel much but I had great 2 days. Bikes are fun and I would like to do this more often.
Secret British Thread, I was doing some idle Bumbling tonight and found a guy who I unfortunately didn't consider super attractive, but whose summary under his photo was

Hoping to leave the single market before the UK does

A bag of plain raw rocket with a quarter lemon squeezed in is a great snack imo.

Damn, man
I cannot tell you how often I have seen this line. But it is a lot.

I was wondering if it was ah, imported. This does not surprise me.

Oh, it absolutely is! I just don't swipe on people whose profile is a copy-pasted line to begin with, so it mostly just confirmed that I made the right choice.
Yeah they were shipped over for filming (a scene which was actually cut from the final film if whatever it was) and then it was too expensive to ship em back so they just left em

Thanks @Veldrin
Looking forward to making this same joke in ten years.

Oh man I love rocket/arugula.
Don't think it I've ever had lamb's lettuce.

But it is high in oxalate so I can't eat it anymore
Hard agree! Except basil. Give me the basil.
Played a board game
Are eating curry for dinner
Drank wine
I did boring stuff too, like yardwork and laundry, but I got all of that done without a mess being made by the kids elsewhere!
Also we can eat in front of the TV without being hypocrites (we do not permit the kids to have food/drink in the living area).

Our birthdays are only a few days apart, so it was sort of a birthday thing
We had a birthday dinner for her birthday last night. Her family came, my parents came.
It was great. My parents and hers got along really well!
@NightDragon
She loved the earrings! Thank you so much for amazing work!

Yaaay! I'm so glad
They were brought over for filming western movies in the 1930s, and then later people were like I guess we should take care of them?

I know I’m getting old because I’m pretty sure I hurt my knee while I was asleep last night.
You know what made me feel fuckin' old? The Matrix is 20 years old as of a couple weeks ago. I saw that movie my Junior year =(
Heck yeah, April birthdays!
