I feel you, brother. I get this about once a month or so - I'll sleep "a little bit 'wrong'" and whoops, here's a whole fucking day of acute neck pain and a migraine, and barfing my guts up any time I even think about food.
Fuck knows why, I've had MRIs and a CT scan, there's nothing wrong, I just don't function as a human being every now and then.

My old niggling rugby injuries are giving me more and more grief, too. I was moving a fridge recently and popped my shoulder out. That’s not something I’ve done in about 12 years
Man I fucked up my knee again from sleeping, it got bad to the point that I couldn't move my entire leg without intense pain for a couple of days.
Thankfully it got much better today, couldn't bend it completely but I could walk

I get a lot fewer 'how the fuck did I hurt myself while sleeping' days now that I force myself to do Yoga at least once a week. Basically because it tricks me into actually doing stretches, which I never do otherwise.
Youtube has some nice ones if you can power through the overwhelming Yoga Instructor vibes! This one's decent for those just starting out:

Taking a knee has always hurt my knees. I never got how it was considered a rest position and hated when some commander in the army thought he was being cool and had us take a knee. Like cool, but standing is gonna hurt a lot less, can I do that?
