[Solved] PSP Downgrade

I was about to downgrade my PSP from a 2.00 to a 1.5 following the advice of this site http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/downgrade_psp_2.cfm however when extracting one of the files it said for me to download a .tif, Norton Anti-virus came up and said it was PSP brick trojan. I don't know if its a legitimate threat or not, so I want to just make sure I am doing this properly. I do not want my PSP to get messed up and im being very careful.
