What the hell is wrong with my Youtube in Edge?

This is what the YouTube front page looks like for me on Edge on a first gen Surface Pro. Clearing cache, repairing, or resetting Edge doesn't work. Problem doesn't occur on Chrome or Firefox.

    System and browser fully up to date? I just had this with youtube and it was obnoxious to work out, because I also needed to clear a bunch of stuff and reboot like 8 times.
