Scheduling...?

Howdy, new to Pax cons but not new to cons generally. I'm interested in running some board game demos and am wondering how to submit them so they're on the schedule when it's published?

Is it PAX <insert nearest future PAX here> yet?

Unlike most tabletop con, PAX does not list scheduled events submitted by individual attendees. In addition, game demos are never included in the PAX schedule, as that is considered a walk-up activity, not a scheduled one.

Closer to PAX, there is a community-run game scheduling GeekList on BoardGameGeek.com (I can make a thread here sharing that and other links once live), which you can use to arrange games with other attendees.

If you are interested in demoing, there are many exhibitors who will be in search of demo team members closer to the event.
