I got caught up in the euphoria of making food that I didn't stop to think A. that I was making a shitton of food for one skinny person B. what, exactly, I was making
I did a rice and noodles stir fry, a black pepper sauce, and chicken done in the hainanese chicken rice way except not with rice because I was already using four pots at once
I'm not sure I can recommend making everything at once but it is pretty fun
right now I'm feeling the thing where you mistake not being overstuffed anymore for being hungry again
