PAX AUS 2019 (Cosplay ideas?)

Hello all! Pax Aus will be the first pax I have attended and I plan to cosplay, I'm looking for ideas for my cosplay, which should I go for? Harvey Dent (Two-Face) or Johnathan Crane (Scarecrow) from the batman series!
Also if anyone wants to meet up at pax, let me know! Thanks, everyone.
