Help with Acq Inc quest in Neverwinter

I'm really struggling with 'Ranier's Salvation' and could use dome tips.
I only started playing Neverwinter fot the AI expansion so I'm not great at the base game but I'm up to lvl 80. I cut through the lead-up encounters like a knife through butter but the boss fight destroys me in seconds. No other quest I've tried seems to have such a disconnect between the warm up enemies and the end fight. Am I missing something, the start is so easy and the end so hard I wonder if there's s trick to it.
Can anyone who's beaten the quest offer any tips?

With a lot of dungeons in Neverwinter it sometimes expected groups, even though most of the trash can be done solo. It 8s a weird game like that.
