You see the mixer toolbar? The one with the mic symbol and the speaker symbol on the bottom? Below the tracker?
WTF, how did it move there and how do I move it back?
It's blocking my recorded tracks, and uninstalling/reinstalling Audacity doesn't help reset it.
It doesn't have the little docking float thing to the left that I can drag, like the Media Control (the play/pause buttons).
It's stuck on the bottom of the tracker, how do I move it back?

Does toggling "View->Toolbars->Mixer Toolbar" twice fix it? You could also try deleting your saved settings, but I don't know where those would be in Windows.

It is weird that there isn't a titlebar on the floating mixer, but docking it should work.
If not, restarting Audacity should reset everything.
If not, then reinstalling Audacity should reset everything.
If not, then nuking it from orbit should reset everything.
JohnnyCache, yes, Audacity is cool. It's the good kind of free, has a rather simple interface, and is powerful enough for most editing. If you play around with sound files at all, it's useful to have around.
Quick question - does anybody know how to re-dock the control toolbar (play pause etc) after accidentally dragging it out? I hate it when I accidentally do that, because apparently the only way to fix it is to restart Audacity.
