Need help setting up a VPN to another building

I have a VPN router but can't seem to get VPN configured properly so I can connect to the building where the router is.
I want to connect using the Windows 10 VPN default VPN client.
My router has a Client to Gateway VPN option:
Settings mentioned are only for testing:
Local group setup: IP and email address authentication, IP address: subnet of where router is.
Remote group setup: Dynamic IP and email address authentication, Preshared key
Windows doesn't connect.
The router has an OpenVPN server built into it but no luck there either...
