What should I be looking for in a gaming pc these days?

The last one I bought was 10 years ago and I don’t know what “acceptable” looks like these days.
Price is my main concern I’m in no way a graphics fiend. I just want something that can play KSP2 and bloodlines2 when the come out.
I’ve seen gaming towers advertised on eBay for £150 and it feels like that’s too cheap as for there to be a catch ?
