I recently got alot of PSone games, but I realizing my memory card isnt going to cut it for save space. I can't find anywhere locally that sells them, and I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere online that would sell them and ship them to Canada? Preferably I'm looking for the official Sony brand ones.

Gamequestdirect.com has them. I don't know if they ship to Canada, though.

Protip: Go with the first party stuff. You can find cheap 15 block cards (or even multipage cards with 60 blocks or more) for super cheap, but they are almost guaranteed to crap out on you. With some games (namely Square games) there is a 90% chance you'll run into save corruption if you use a third party card.

A Sony brand card will likely be stickered for the same price as an off brand these days, so definitely avoide the knockoffs.

A PS1 memory card stores 15 blocks. most games only require one block, but a few require two, and some require more. A few examples: Gran Turismo 2 requires 4 blocks, Vandal Hearts requires 2 blocks, Descent Maximum requires 3 blocks, and Warcraft II requires something ridiculous if I remember correctly, like eight.

Also, once a PS1 game is saved to a PS1 memory card, you can move the save to a PS2 memory card. You can't save or load directly to or from a PS2 memory card while playing a PS1 game, but you can archive them there, which is really nice, especially if you have the HDD. Each PS1 game save is around 8kb.

Yes! I found some off a seller on Amazon. First party and new. About 8 bucks a piece, which isn't too bad. Grabbed about 3 of them.

Populous took up a whole 15 blocks. Thanks for the PS2 tip. Gonna spend this summer re-living my adolecence. Resident Evil 2, the FF series and Vagrant Story. Woo!
