Draft Broadcast on the wall mount, one monitor for video conferencing, and then whatever spreadsheets/email client/random video or other media he wants to reference on the other three. 3 different physical phones seems a bit odd, but some people aren't a fan of switching lines on the same handset.

Switching lines can lead to mistakes. I could imagine one phone line always connected to the league office, another to an internal conference, and another for direct conversations would make sense, for instance.
The three phones thing is the most bizarre part; like, can he just not work out how to swap between calls?

To be fair Tony might have been a little before his time. Dudes like Kelce and Gronk are deployed to cause havoc on defensive schemes and are primary, homerun-capable targets when the QB picks up on the mismatch pre-snap.
I want to say Gonzalez had the size and skill to be a mismatch-exploiting game-breaker but folks still saw TEs primarily as check down or short yardage options before Gronk and now Kittle and Kelce.

Honestly there's a lot of potential here. Take the gold from the Royal Blue uni, use it for the shorts, jersey accents (all accents, including numbers, etc), arm coverings, and ... lower socks? Of both standard jerseys. Then the jersey, middle socks? And gloves and shoes all match, either powder or white.
That'd be a decent uni. To me anyway
Damn now I want the Panthers to kinda do that, with black instead of gold, and the different blue. Then use the silver as the accent for the black alternates.
e: or they could go wild and use gold for everything except the jersey and shorts, and just go with powder and white, flipping them based on home/away
