Hi, ordered two badges on Oct 28 and nothing's arrived in the mail yet. Want to be sure that if it doesn't come, my receipt and proof that I emailed, tweeted, facebooked and did this will get us in and we can pick our badges up at Will Call. Earlier message seemed to suggest that, but I don't want anything to go wrong for our first PAX
