Friday should be a Standard Pool banner with Schwarz, Saria, Nearl, Franka, and Glaucus. Saria and Franka in the yellow cert shop.
Wednesday isn't confirmed (yet? I think?) but it's very likely to be the next little event with Ceobe and Leizi's banner.
Then "mid-September" was announced as the next Contingency Contract which was tied with Bagpipe's banner in CN, so that's very likely what's up after that.
Future Standard Pool banners are totally up in the air though; usually just find out a few days out from the Fridays when they switch.
I decided to update my A3 map some I was comfortable with Auto-Deploy.
E2 BluePoison covers the bottom no prob, and I'd upgraded FEater to E2 and S1 M3 so she handled it too. Lappland handled top after I pulled Courier when the Bomb Tails appeared. I enjoyed watching 3k+ crits from a Sora buffed Metorite on the first wave of Defense Crushers. Saria and SilverAsh held the mid.

There's enough evidence to indicate that the way the systems seems to work is that you get a roll for tag quality first, then it rolls within that to determine your grouping. That's why you tend to get groupings of Debuff+Fast Redeploy or Summon+Nuker+Senior and the like.
You get Distinctions/Yellow Certs from pulling 4* or better operators from either Recruit or Headhunting. In-game on the Certs tab, you can click Rules at the bottom to see the conversion rates.

Specifically pulling 5*+, and excess tokens from 4*+. Annihilation maps have one time yellow certs on the tier rewards.

Use this when you're recruiting people (I think this is in the page 1 OP). Whenever possible, select combinations of tags that guarantee a 4 star or higher operator. Example: the Specialist or Fast Redeploy tags results are all 4 star or better. You will get a SMALL (like 1-5 depending) amount of yellow certs every time you manage to do this. The true source of yellow certs is headhunting aka, spending real money is the highest source of them.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. I've been running the Annihilations I had on auto deploy for the Org, and then I've mostly just been farming base material and LMD. I think I was maybe halfway through chapter 3, so I should probably finish the story, but I'm still trying to remember who all does what, and who I have leveled for weird edge uses, and who is actually useful.
