Built New Computer, Get weird error/pop up

I just built a new computer, and when I installed my ATi drivers for my video card. Everything is alright.
except. when i restart my computer.
C:\Program Files\ATI
is a folder that pops up.
I tried deleting it, and instead i got an error when i restarted.
so i reinstalled the driver and the error went away and the folder pops up again now.
Anyway I can fix this?
