    The Wolf Man
Are presuming shared romantic interest and no accidental (or non-accidental) murder here, or if I say wolf-man am I going to just get mauled on the full moon?

Secondly, does it have to be a wolf MAN specifically or like, is a female lycanthrope on the table here?

There was a 1946 movie She-Wolf of London, but she's not actually a werewolf, she just believes she's one!

Also she was played by June Lockhart

... the real reason I chose him is he's a count and I have a thing for aristocratic men and want to be their servant. And/or their "servant".

Frankenstein’s monster has some important questions attached.

Is this the book version, who’s actually really well-spoken and handsome? If so, then probably, if this is before he turns to murder (that’s a red flag).

But if he’s strictly the movie version, the. That doesn’t really work for a relationship.

On the other hand, the movie Young Frankenstein is a sequel to those movies, and features a monster who ends up becoming as articulate as the book version, without all the murder. And he probably has an impressive dick.

So, I’d say Frankenstein’s monster, if I can go with the Young Frankenstein version, or the book version.

why don't more werewolves retain the actual color of their hair on transformation.

That always seemed cooler to me.

This is unfair because a lot of them have a perfect quality that I wouldn't want to go without:

    Creature is wet
    Wolfman is hairy
    Dracula has an accent
    Phantom loves music
Invisible is a man who I don't have to see

He also had a problem with consent WRT sneaking into peoples’ bedrooms, so maybe not the best pick.
