Chrome reports PA password breach

BursarBursar Hee Noooo!PDX areaRegistered User regular
When I logged in to the site today, my browser (Chrome) threw up a popup that I've never seen before, saying that my password had been found in a data breach. The "Passwords" section of my settings confirms this:

I don't see anything about this in this forum as of now, but I'm hoping for some confirmation about this. I'm changing my password anyway.

I'm not sure, but does this Chrome warning work by looking up the password you use here against databases of compromised passwords

in which case a re-used password could be the culprit

I believe that's how Chrome does that, based on when I have seen it in the past (username/pw combos)

We haven't had a password breach as far as I'm aware.
