Sounds good. I don't think anyone who'd need a hotel is even considering coming, so just a Saturday thing would probably be best.
I mean, shit, even if it's just the two of us I don't really care. I scheduled days off from work already, so I'm gonna be doing nothing if nobody shows up at all. :P

Eh, I don't really care if we do the bodies exhibit I suppose. I have work at 5 on Saturday, so I can only attend the daytime aspect of whatever we do. My dorm has tennis courts and the proper equipment that I can check out...we could always play tennis. Show off our hot gamer bods and such. I also don't mind just playing DS. We also have a movie theater in the basement of my dorm. We could rent the Mario Brothers movie or Mortal Kombat or some other nerd/gaming related video and watch it downstairs.
The closest one to where I live is a 20 minute drive away, but it happens to be right across the street from the optometrist. I took advantage of my chance.
So, I don't know if I'll be going to drill this weekend. Those fuckers still haven't payed me, and I'm getting pretty damned tired of driving 500+ miles for nothing.

My family recently moved back from Mobile(more accurately, I moved them), so I'm currently looking for new digs. I'd be happy to host people once I find something, as long as they're not lame. My girlfriend keeps bugging me about going to a game.
So is Saturday the only day we're gathering? If so, what time and such? Is it gonna be 3 dudes playing DS? I am trying to convince my gamer friends that are still around to come, but I kind of need a selling point.
I liked the circle jerk idea personally. Although right now it's more of a triangle.
Instead of that, drive to FL and hang out with me and Smart Hero.

But really, I work on Fridays and I don't know if I would be able to get up to NC at a reasonable time. I'll try and see if I can make it up there on Saturday.
However, a buddy of mine is planning a trip down to Pensacola some time this summer, and I'll probably be going along, so I would get a chance to hang out with the Florida crew.

Since K hasn't really outlined much for us to do I'm thinking we should at least go see the the BODIES exhibit, hang around the mall (there's an apple store, B&N, EB, that kind of shit) then we could, if we wanted, go see a movie. I'm not above hanging out in a cafe or something. If you people are into gardens we can go to where I work, the Sarah P Duke gardens, it's looking very nice right now. I'm into photography so any place where I can take neat pictures is fine by me. I'll also document the entire event for posterity. There are a few museums in downtown Raleigh that I know of but I don't know what's in the Durham/Chapel Hill area.
Honestly I don't live in this area, I've only been here for about 3 weeks so I don't have a good idea of where the great places to eat/do stuff are. I'm trusting K will know of some awesome shit to blow our socks off.

Actually I was talking about NC, but I'd be down for FL as well. never been there. But he said he was heading down with his friends already. I wouldn't really be cool with just showing up to a group of strangers heading somewhere already. Thats not cool in my book.
