MGS4 for 360 (For Real this Time!?)

So, destructoid says MGS4 isn't an exclusive anymore, and will arrive on the 360 months after the PS3 version hits, and with added content.

Also, a Wii MGS is on the way.

Both of these news items make me feel like the prettiest princess in the world. Now if only other sources can verify...

Apparently the source is that swedish magazine that broke the news with VF5 and something else I think (DMC4?), as well as having the first halo 3 screens.

Edit: Considering that it's memorial day, we probably won't see anything from the major sites about this until tomorrow.

While I really hope this is true, it's not a good sign that I see it nowhere else. I imagine shortly we will, but how many of those will just be using Destructoid as a source.

As far as possible Wii Metal Gear games, I'd love to see the original two metal Gear games be remade on the Wii in some fashion.

I wouldn't be surprised if it does come out but If anything it will be at least a year or two after the PS3 version

though it's one of those things plus I don't trust Destrucoid to be a relevant source for anything.

same as everyone else, if this is true, then it is something really quite shocking (look, i'm not showing happiness because it would irk PS3 owners).

however, to say that is a pretty big if, would be like saying that something unquantifiably large is bigger than something unfeasibly small. I'll wait for an official confirmation before feeling smug.

Well... There's no source besides "inside information," but it's common that news like this is leaked by seedier sites before hitting the mainstream. It could very well be true but I won't be assuming either way until I see an announcement or reputable source.

But man, wouldn't it be a kick in the nuts if the 360 version had new content and was announced before the launch of the PS3 version?

I've demonstrated my fascination with peoples ability to discuss this topic time and time again. Should actual news come out on this issue, a new thread is very warranted.
