This may be a forum issue or my phone being old as heck. But sometimes when I read a thread then go back to the forum (by the little arrow in the top left) the thread I was in will partially remain on screen and flicker on top of the list of threads. Refreshing fixes it and it only happens on the rare occasion.
Edit- happened again after I left the thread. I couldn't screenshot it (well I did but it looked normal) and going into another app and then back into chrome fixed the issue. So I am assuming it is my phone. Oh, while I remember, scrolling does not fix it.
