Subforums' "Last Post" is from parent forum

What happens:
* Subforum is showing a post of the parent forum as its own "Last Post" (Technology Tavern in example image)
* This post isn't necessarily even the last post of the parent forum (At bottom of the example image)
Expected:
* Subforum shows last post of subforum
Example:
fwiw, I've seen both Technology Tavern and MMO have the same Last Post thread (which was a G&T thread)
