So I'm looking for a decent character character generator/creator that allows me to generate exportable character-type images that I can use in a commercial project. I know there are a lot of anime-esque Visual Novel creators out there that let you make a character, pose them, and add versions with different facial expressions - that's basically what I need, but not necessarily centered on Japanese or Asian facial features.

Also where I can dress the characters and comes packaged with varying different fashion types available.

Doesn't something like this exist? Any recommendations on what to look at here?

I'm not necessarily looking for something free or even cheap. If it's good, it's potentially in scope.

What I'm really looking for is that flat-image type style? Expressive sprites, I guess? Think something like Long Live The Queen or Doki Doki Literature Club, just not Japan-centric, ethnically.

There are likely some shade and texture packs you can get to produce a faux 2D look with a 3D model, like how all the anime VTubers do it.

RPG Maker has some plug-ins to create JRPG characters, with breadth far beyond only-Asian characters.
