Hey H/A what's up? Quick question: Anyone have experience with Skinpen treatments for acne scarring? I've been working with my dermatologist for a while to clear up a particularly annoying combo of rosacea and seborrheic acne, and we're pretty much there in terms of no more new outbreaks (currently on a small dose of doxy twice daily, sulfacetamide lotion in the morning, ketoconazole facewash, and tacrolimus at night).
I'm at the point where I want to deal with some scarring now that it's mostly under control.
My dermatologist recommends undergoing skinpen treatment; it's not cheap or covered by insurance (about $400 a session, usually requiring 3-4 sessions) so I'm doing some research before committing to it. Just wondering if anyone here has undergone a similar treatment, or if there are other solutions anyone has experience with (lasers, peels, etc.).
