I also like that in all this fighting for her life stuff, Mottom forgot that she's supposed to be old and dying.

I think you've got a reversed conversion somewhere in there. It's a light spear, so it's got to be 9.46×10^15 meters.

How is Mottom getting younger? I thought she ran out of magic fruit?

It was never about the magic fruit.

The youth was inside her all along!

Technically speaking, she ran out of the tree to grow fruit. She could have a heavy backlog. But also, she's seemed relatively fluid in her age since then. It's very possible that she's never needed the fruit to control her age and appearance, and could simply use the power she wields to do so. The fruit, as it were, was a cage made by herself.

a cubit is 457mm, ergo one a billion cubits long would be 0.46ish billion metres

None of the others needed the magic tree to stay young. As said above, and illustrated on the linked page, and reiterated here - Fate is only a cage if you choose it to be. Basically Mottom's self loathing is self actualized with her appearance. As an example, she rapidly aged into an old hag while Allison was escaping from her fortress, even though the fruit effect should have still been in full bloom, but Allison was robbing her of her security, her safety, and most importantly, her excuse for her cruelty. And she remained in that hag form right up until this fight started turning on Allison taking charge and trying to unite the Demiurges, right until she had a reason to act for something other than a petty, banal lust for power and cruelty.

that's a pretty significant change in the narrative of how Renard comes to be in the Court

it's utterly implausible that the trickster god doesn't know what Renard will do with that power with that oh-so-unfortunate limitation, so someone's telling porkies of the "not quite lies, but also not quite truth" nature I think

No Coyote defintiely knew but he also usually has no idea what will happen when he gives a power away which is why he does it at all

I don't know what Crossbow is, but I'm betting it's some flavour of nuclear thing. Sir Richard Branson's not going to be happy about it, I'm sure of that much.

    What stage of Hamill

Original BTAS when he could still go to a high pitch with his voice - yes absolutely

Contemporary Hamill who sounds like he's gargling gravel - no thanks

Crossbow was mentioned when they were first putting together the shield, needed so assorted countries (probably US) would sign on - fast-response contingency in case the shield fails, I feel like it was orbital tungsten rod instead of nuclear but either way bad news.
