The Guiding Principles and New Rules
document is now in effect.
Here is a creature.
It must evolve to survive the harsh and ever changing conditions of its environment.
In time its descendants will branch off into different species, predators and prey, ones that swim, fly, burrow… but right now it’s a little blob.
You can tell me what you want to see it become next, or take it upon yourself to evolve it down your own path. Anyone can add a new feature, evolving your design further and further away from your intentions. Try to be incremental with your evolutions.
After a few pages I’ll make a big family tree, so we can look at where we started and what we end up with.

I feel that would be pretty sharp.
What colour are we thinking here?
So it needs at least 3 nipples
Blood red
Two of the hoof-blobs begin to show what may be mating markings, or warnings of their poisonous nature. They are competing, but related species.
While this hoof-blob at first appears similar to its ancestors, it produces milk for its young. The first signs of care for its own kind, and desire to give its young the best possible start in life.
Steam: Chagrin LoL: Bonhomie
As temperatures continue to cool, further separation has occurred, bringing forth the first haired hoof-blobs. One opts for a light, airy type of hair, while the other has a slick, hardened mass of hair used to defend itself.
The slickback, as they are now known, has innovated to an unprecedented degree. It’s streamlined hair allowed it to move through the water like greased lightning, and now with the aid of many fins, it has manoeuvrability like no other.
Their hoof softening and unfurled, these tailed blobs are unlike any other. Though fast, they require constant food to survive, and they themselves a veritable feast.
Good things
Yes.
The ones with a tail just puke it all back up though.
Within a generation one of the ‘gangs’ caused the extinction of the other by utilising their horns made from hardened hair.
Fragile and high in proteins, the tailed blobs must use their exposed brain to outsmart their predators.
Relatively absent from the stage of life, these blobs have returned with renewed vigour. Their ability to communicate is unparalleled.
They have begun wearing clothing
Need some stuff designed or printed? I can help with that.
