    I am also that guy when it comes to the Alien movies. But! Fireteam Elite is fun. They made a lot of weird creative decisions regarding the property, but a few really cool ones as well, and so far it's just a good time.

    I thought it an interesting call to incorporate the prometheus stuff into cannon. But the game plays fun! Shit tons of aliens etc. And despite being an aliens game has decent enemy variety without doing anything too stupid.

    I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

    I've really been enjoying how much it pays tribute to Alien: Isolation, from overt stuff like the Seegson stuff being everywhere, to more subtle things like how the Drone and Warrior are pretty much the A:I alien in two of its different moods. I swear the level design even references that game in a few places, particularly the introductory level.
