2. Death is easier understood as Transformation.
3. If a card is upside down it means the opposite to what it usually does.

I saw this oracle deck awhile ago, and oh no, there's a limited edition!
It's very pretty, but I'm not sure it grabs me.
On the complete opposite end, everything by James R. Eads is eye candy. I haven't done any Lenormand but his deck might put me there.

Where did you get those
Originally, they were a preorder bonus for Tactics Ogre on the PSP. But my cards got destroyed in tornado so cj iwakura sent me his very kindly to replace them.

I recently got a great job, but I can't get comfortable. Everything about it is good, except the pay, which feels low for the skill set they're demanding, and also I have an inexorable sense of dread about the whole thing.
Also worth mentioning, this job is the only form of income for me and my family.

Ah, this guy. You know this guy. We worry about things coming to an end, but it’s natural, and how we change. You’re about to lose something, you have to lose something, so you can gain something new.
The moon reigns over our instincts and intuition (when it isn’t just a rock caught in orbit), and you need to use yours. The numbers aren’t adding up someplace in your life, so you’re going to have to trust your gut on this one.

Uh, I mean, I have… I have this goblin I summon using crystals that wiggles it’s fingers over the deck and that turns some of them round.
So, Death can mean that I need to consider the balances & transitions in my life regardless, the Devil my choices & assumptions (the usual definition has to do with material pleasures, the shadow self, unhealthy attachments & traps, which to me = hey, good or bad decisions?), Tower is unexpected change, conflict, instability...
Okay, for example: to me, the root meaning here is choice, potential energy, and patience -- a state of pause that can either lead to growth or stagnation, but this is the moment of consideration & opportunity, ie, mindfulness without retreat from a situation (vs the Hermit.) But also encouragement to take a different perspective, or embrace one's independent thinking before making a decision.
I'm pretty self-aware, so especially with prodding, I can generally recognize when I'm stuck in my ways or need to trust my gut more. So pulling the Hanged One is a reminder to take that time to consider, and assess my decision-making, ie, what am I basing this choice on (vs the Devil, which is more: what choices are you making? ...Are they healthy?) Alternately, it is a reminder to hang out and stop overthinking, surrender to the moment, Wu wei.
The Devil
Excess, falsehoods and materialism are all in the Devil’s ballpark. You are blinded by an offer you feel you can’t refuse, but know isn’t doing you any good deep down. Ask, what is weighing me down? What isn’t as good as it appears?
Ace of Wands
You a wish to create something meaningful—we all do. But like a fire, your inspiration can either be all consuming or a short lived flash. You need to find a way to keep it cooking long enough to get the real work done.
The Emperor (reversed)
Keeping control is vital to success, but if you grip too firmly you’ll hurt both yourself and your charge. You need to let something go to truly benefit from it. Consider how loosing the ties that bind you might finally give you time to bring about a long awaiting project. Basically, take a break from being in charge, which might involve bringing someone else up to speed.
A really broad spread of concepts there, so I’d be surprised if that one was helpful…

So you're not gonna get much general advice or insight when limited to those cards; it might be useful in a specific layout to explore relationships (with oneself or others.) Now, if you use the whole deck and end up with all court cards, that's got legs -- making new connections (or highlighting being overly influenced by others), people who can offer or who can be helped, or a reminder that we only have a certain amount of influence, and the rest of life still happens.
You are in transition. What you were is not lost, but you’re outgrowing the past, and should choose only to bring along what still matters to you. Ask, what no longer matters? What do I need to matter, regardless of others views on my past self?
The wheel of fortune is turning. There are things at play beyond your control; seasons and cycles that continue without human intervention. Don’t fret the wins and losses that are heading your way, you can’t always take control of your fate—only how you choose to carry on.
Let yourself be a child, however briefly. Take on a new hobby or project that you have no skill in. Learn something new. Expand your horizons! The potential for failure is present in your life, but the courage to try is a worthy concept.
