Spartan task manager

So I killed off explorer. Damn misclicks.
Trouble is, I can't restart it in the manager because I have only a list of processes I can kill.
I do a quick search to find a solution and I just see screenshots of the (I guess) standard task manager... featuring tabs and menus and other shit that makes it simple.
Why would I have such a spartan manager and is there a way to restart explorer anyway? Note that I have no windows key, bonus.
