Looking for a specific YouTube video about architecture

So maybe 5 years ago I found a video on YouTube about modernism or maybe brutalist architecture. It was about a specific actual building somewhere in the US I think. The film was made in 80s or 90s, and discussed how the building came to be. The designer went for a specific design that ended up giving people headaches if they spent too long inside. It had awkward furniture, areas that seemed to lead you in circles, and hard to find exits. Lots of repetitive design too. I'm not sure I have the label right for the type of building it was, but it was a very fascinating video that was reuploded to YouTube. Hopefully it's still up somewhere.
