Looking for help finding a call blocker for android.

Functions I need:
Block calls by area code

Functions that would also be cool, but I'll live if it does just the first thing:
Block calls during specific times

If you have any recommendations please post them, thanks!

I know this is likely not very helpful at all, but Pixel phones have a built-in call screener that's actually pretty good

They always spoof my phones area code. But I haven't lived in my phones area code in 15 years. And I don't know anyone that has my phones area code. So it's really easy for me to screen the calls. Just want a way to automate it, by blocking my phones area code from calling me.

A few years ago I set my phone to Do Not Disturb and then customized it so that only calls which come from my Contacts will actually go through. In the rare occasions I get valid calls from numbers I don't have in my Contacts, they leave a message. Because if it's important then they will leave a message.

Okay so I have wanted a similar setup as every call from an AZ area code was either a spammer or family and I mostly didn't want to block family. So this thread inspired me to go searching. And you know what? Call blocker apls seem to uniformly suck. But what doesn't suck is Macrodroid, an app that lets you program your phone to execute triggered macros (I think free accounts can use 5 macros at once?)

This thread is what I used to build my two step spam blocker: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/172174/block-all-calls-from-area-code-unless-in-contacts

And on my phone it looks like this:

As you can see I haven't had a spam call activate the 2nd macro yet, but it let through my mom's phone call just fine. I'll let you know if I have to tweak anything going forward

Okay my second macro didn't work correctly. I think I have fixed it by adding the variable change to the trigger instead of the macro. Like this:

I fixed nothing! I guess I have to read the MacroDroid manual or something...

But wait, there's a button on the bottom that says "Templates" and it leads to.... searchable user created macros. Omg. I don't have to learn after all!

I grabbed the top one, changed the BlockAreaCodes local variable as instructed and am hoping this works correctly!
