I've tried safe mode and even factory restart. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. It actually stopped for like 3 months and I figured a firmware update fixed the issues, but it's doing it again. I went to Verizon and they said they'd need to send the phone away which I'm not super keen about, so I'm trying here first.
