    Any way if you really want your account deleted, the better bet is to post it in the Bug Reports and User Issues forum.

    I believe people have requested that their posts get deleted due to a desire to move into a career where their prior words might be viewed negatively if someone dug them up. I also believe it's done fairly rarely, as apparently it carries non-zero risk of screwing things up behind the scenes?

    But I believe that's also generally tied to removing posts from threads. An account with almost zero posts seems like it'd carry a lesser risk.

    Yeah, the bug thread is the better place to go to actually have a chance at the deletion, but as noted, an account with 1 thread and 1 post to its name seems like a bit of a stretch. Just... never log in again.
