Remote connection software?

My 80-plus year old mother-in-law lives over 800 miles away from us. While we visit occasionally and can easily help then, sometimes she has issues with her computer that we’re really not able to walk her through over the phone. Can anyone recommend a software solution to allow us to remote connect to her computer as needed to fix issues? Windows based (she has 11 now and we have 10 and 11 on various machines) and secured to prevent other outside intrusions.

Wouldn't Microsoft/Window's own Quick Assist work? I think it comes pre-installed. It's what I use with my mom sometimes.

You can give TeamViewer a try as well. The home version is free.

Chrome Remote Desktop is also pretty good at this. Has a dedicated way to be used to help you do support stuff for them right from your browser.

    Nod. Get treat. PSN: Quippish

Thank you, all! We had tried the Remote Connection feature in Windows, but couldn’t get it to connect. A separate Discord also suggested TeamViewer like Mugsley above and that seems to be working great! Thanks again all for the suggestions.
