does anyone remember an arcade game from the 90's where you played a little dude on a hoverdisk and you were trying to destroy big laser spheres that were trying to connect a bunch of tubes from the bottom of the screen to the top? it was very neon pink and blue.

i can't remember the name

My first thought is one of the TRON arcade cabinets

nope deffo not a tron game

your dude may have been trying to build the tubes instead, i don't remember well. i know if you destroyed all the big spheres the level would end and the spheres liked to hide in the tubes

Tubes, spheres in tubes, person on hoverdisk, neon pinks and blues

Absolutely nothing comes to my mind! Maybe more description might help someone. Arcade control scheme? Side scrolling or stationary background? Uh... number of quarters per game?

Just a joystick and a shoot button I think. Stationary background. Just 1 quarter.

The spheres were definitely building the tubes. They were orange with weird green coruscations in them

the tubes were sectional so they got added on to bit by bit, big rounded edged rectangles from the bottom of the screen
