I googled chicken pakora and the recipe I found stated that they rinsed the chicken so now I hate it and will definitely not be buying the ingredients necessary to make it as soon as possible nor am I currently googling grocers that can provide the necessary ingredients.
Chicken pakora specifically is usually whole tenderloins in a vivid red spicy coating and is one of those anglicisations of South Asian food that isn't necessarily "traditional"

Morning, today is a lovely Saturday. Wife and I are having our inaugural 2023 Resolutions "Working Lunch"
We're gonna get Sushi from the sushi buffet (it's called Sushi Train, and they refitted one of those old diners that has the little train that travels the restaurant serving food), then we're going to hit up Target for some weights and a couple odds and ends, and then Publix for a very specific and cheap coffee for cold brew. (Their private selection hazelnut is amazing, and costs like $8 a bag)
Then I got a few chores lined up need doing, and we should be settled in by about 4 PM and I'll be ready to drink and shitpost for a couple of hours.
My favourite thing about that is the much pointed out fact that to get from the front door to the master bedroom you have to go: living room-> dining room-> "bonus room"-> in one side of the bathroom-> out the other-> hall-> master bedroom
Hope nobody locks that inner bathroom door if there's a fire
A hungover man looks at his 1000 games (estimated) and decides he wants none of them.

It looks like 3 doors are moved. Knock out the wall to the little hallway from the living room and swap the bathroom bottom right from an en suite to the bonus room, get rid of the 2nd bathroom door, it's almost fine.
