Dr Pepper is pretty good. I like that Twister orange soda or Lipton Iced Tea for non-caffeine drinks. Or Barq's root beer. I also enjoy cherry coke from time to time, but I think coke classic is pretty mediocre.

Coke from the glass bottle, for some reason it tastes better in the glass bottle just like ketchup in a glass bottle. A&W root beer at an A&W restaurant, just like the Coke in a bottle, it tastes infinitely better in the chilled mug at A&W. Orange Crush and Cream Soda.

Mountain Dew.
Followed by Diet Pepsi.
Followed by pretty much any orange soda (prefer Mountain Dew Livewire).
Followed by pretty much any grape soda (prefer Jolly Good).
Followed by Mello Yello.
Followed by root beer (prefer A&W, but will take whatever you put in front of me).

I have a new soccer blog The Minnow Tank. Reading it psychically kicks Sepp Blatter in the bean bag.
Vault! A thousand times, Vault! It's like Surge, reborn. And just like Surge, fucking Coca-Cola is taking it away from me again. Motherfuckers! From the heart of hell, I stab at thee!
Diet Cherry Pepsi is what I aim for. Cherry coke is great, too, but they've been dicks lately.
Code Red is pretty awesome, but since I tend to diet drinks, it's not really something I can drink much, because diet Mt. Dew products are too chemical even for me in large amounts.
Just to be clear, every drink tastes better from a glass bottle. Just like how meat tastes better off the bone. Taking that into account, living in Atlanta has left me hopelessly addicted to Coca-Cola, though IBC Root Beer from a bottle is fantastic.
Also, there is the Indian Coca-Cola made during the years Coke was banned, called Thums Up. It's owned by Coke now, but it's got way more zing to it, which is pretty refreshing.

You miss nothing. Energy drinks are nasty.

Pepsi, Faygo, and A&W root beer, but I can't really drink soda. I think to myself "I want some soda!" then I get it, and after drinking 1/5 of the bottle I'll feel full and throw the rest away.

Reed's Ginger Beer is potent stuff. Also it mixes gloriously with rum.
There's this stuff that Buffalo Rock makes called Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale. It's by far the most potent ginger ale ever made, and is only legal in Alabama. OK, they only sell it in Alabama, but there should still be laws regulating it.

I haven't tried Buffalo Rock. Reeds is good if I can't find Outrageus, plus my old GF couldn't drink Outrageous due to the burning so I would get Reeds for her.
they make a melon creme soda over here thats pretty nice too

Yes,... yes, I agree. It's totally unfair that sober you gets into trouble for things that drunk you did.
Root beer, and even then not often. I don't have a brand allegiance.
Ooo, but Cenj reminded me. Ren Faire "sasparilla" can be orgasmic.
and here I though for sure you'd be a 7-UP fan
If forced to choose, I will pick the clear colas (7 Up, Sprite) over the caramal colas (Coke, Pepsi). But Root Beer is generally not [as] carbonated, the sweetness is nicer, and I don't feel bad halfway through drinking it.
I'm a soda Connoisseur. Either I have my favorites and the best, or none at all. I favor usually Goose Island Root Beer or maybe a good cold Dr. Pepper from the bottles which is really hard to find anymore but tastes so different.
My wife and I have been drinking the Wild Oats sodas recently. They take a little getting used to, but they're actually quite good, particularly the lemon lime and the cola, and reasonably healthy.

I think I have had the Dr. from a bottle only once. I was at a wedding reception and the grooms family was muslim so no booze. Instead they had ice chests full of bottled sodas with a fellow in a Tux with a bottle opener standing ready.

I also very much like A&W Sparkling Vanilla Cream Soda, but I have not had many cream sodas. stewarts is pretty good too.
root beer is good when I want something more crisp or refreshing, but sine I drink water 99% of the time I used to drink soda, I rarely get past Dr. pepper, and after that cherry or vanilla coke.

And I tend to drink a LOT of soda.

The off shoots are always better than the originals.
also another vote for glass bottle coke

Not all of them.
Just almost all of them.

With Barq's second.

Limonata might be my favorite, though. Don't drink it all the time because it's expensive and it makes you fat, though.
Followed by any type of Rootbeer. (We have a restaurant that bottles its own....omg awesome.)

I want to go to every Muslim wedding

Wasn't that basically Big Red?
in retrospect I didn't really like it, but I can't stand Pepsi most of the time, and that was our only delicious alternative.
*I've never had Big Red
