theres a place in a shopping mall complex in the north shore mall in Peabody, MA that makes shrimp and bacon tacos that are out of control good

the place looks insanely inauthentic and is full of white girls chugging margs but their mexican food is so fkin good its sort of unbelievable.

I use low fat ground beef when I make tacos. And I usually cook 2 or 3 pounds at a time because I love leftover taco lunches throughout the week. I ain't trying to make some instagram food blog shit.

if you're making north mexican tostada type old el paso kit tacos, low fat ground beef is fine because like, step 2 is draining as much fat as you can off the browned beef so the sauce can come together correctly. 20% or 30% fat ground beef you just end up pouring off more of what you paid for
